Crème Brulee Coffee

In a glass, pour the maple syrup and cover it with a single espresso. Shake it well, then add the whipped milk and mix it all together. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the surface and use a carameller to toast it.

  • Milk, 150 ml
  • Maple syrup, 5 g
