Here, an immersive experience takes shape, narrating the global evolution of coffee. It is a journey through specialty coffee, artificial intelligence, automated solutions, and new languages of taste, where technology and coffee culture converge in a contemporary, forward-looking story. A visionary concept that interprets shifting consumption patterns, anticipates emerging lifestyles, and explores new possibilities for the coffee experience of tomorrow.
Making this vision even more concrete will be Barista On Demand, recently honored with the Good Design Award, further underscoring Rhea’s commitment to seamlessly blending design, technology, and user experience. Barista On Demand is the first autonomous bar capable of interacting with users, transforming a traditional purchase into a personalized, on-demand service, delivered exactly where it is needed.
At the heart of the Innovation Bar will be rhTT10, the ideal solution for the HoReCa sector: a compact, high-performance machine equipped with an integrated milk system for beverages made with fresh or plant-based milk, including large cup formats and double dispensing. Designed to ensure maximum versatility and consistently high performance.
The program also features a key moment for discussion. On Sunday, January 18 at 11:00 a.m., in the Sustainability Debate Area – Hall B1, Rhea CEO Andrea Pozzolini will take part in the talk “Will super-automatic machines replace the barista?” – an open and timely conversation on the future of coffee culture with leading industry voices.
