People at the centre, a more equitable future: Rhea renews its gender equality certification

Rhea has renewed its Gender Equality Certification for 2026, reaffirming its structured and continuously evolving commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace. This dedication is further reflected in the improved ESG rating reported in the company’s latest Sustainability Report, providing tangible evidence of the alignment between Rhea’s stated strategy and the actions it takes.

The renewal follows a comprehensive monitoring process that confirmed compliance with the required standards and highlighted positive progress across key performance indicators, including corporate culture, governance, HR processes, pay equity, parenthood support, and work-life balance. These results demonstrate meaningful cultural change that goes beyond formal compliance.

Rhea brings this commitment to life through initiatives designed to promote growth and inclusion. Among them is Women Spark, a program dedicated to empowering female talent through professional development opportunities. During 2026, the company also launched an awareness campaign focused on preventing violence in relationships, helping to strengthen a culture built on respect, understanding, and accountability.

Rhea’s commitment extends beyond the boundaries of the organization. In March 2026, Michela Re Dionigi (Communication Manager) and Virginia D’Agata (People & Organization Manager) completed the Target Gender Equality Accelerator programme of the UN Global Compact Network. The experience culminated in the signing of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, further strengthening the company’s commitment within a global network of organizations that view gender equality as a driver of sustainable development.

At Rhea, building a more equitable and inclusive workplace requires the same care, attention, and vision that guide the development of our ideas, our innovations, and our work every day.
