Cover the glass’s edge in a rose sauce, with rose petals of various sizes attached to it. Then, prepare a bed of well mixed rose flower paste and orange juice ready to welcome a double espresso, extracted directly into the glass. And voilà.

  • Rose flower sauce, 15 g
