Rhea Women Spark

The initiative led by Professor Lorenza Angelini began with 15 women from each department – to ensure a diverse range of perspectives – participating in activities and workshops designed to improve their skills, increase their self-awareness, and learn how to better navigate the workplace as a team. The second phase of the program involves participants putting their newly acquired knowledge into practice by becoming team leaders of projects aimed at improving the lives of everyone involved, both personally and professionally.
