Cheese Berry

Mix the sour cream cheese, whipped cream, whole milk and the sugar to obtain a cream cheese, then leave it to rest. In the glass, put the jam, the blended digestive biscuits and top it up with the sugar syrup. Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour the whole milk and the freshly extracted double espresso and garnish it with the cream cheese.
