Coconut & Osmanthus Coffee Latte

To create this exotic drink, add the osmanthus sauce in the glass and mix it with the coconut milk and whipping milk concoction. Carefully mix it and let it rest for a minute. Pour the double espresso right at the centre, in order to overlay the milk and the coffee, and then sprinkle some osmanthus for a final touch.

Ingredients
  • Yirgacheffe coffee beans
  • Osmanthus sauce,15 g
  • Coconut milk, 50 g
  • Weipin milk, 150 g
  • Osmanthus as required
