Tiramisu Coffee

Create a tiramisu mousse by mixing evenly whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, condensed milk, fructose, sea salt, cocoa powder and a mint leaf with a blender until it becomes viscous. Leave it to rest in the fridge, while extracting the single espresso. Add the whipped milk to it, and blend until the glass is filled up to 80% with a thin milk foam. Add the tiramisu mousse previously prepped, and voilà, the tiramisu coffee is ready to be enjoyed.

  • Yirgacheffe coffee beans
  • Milk, 70 g,
  • Whipped cream, 150 g
  • Mascarpone cheese, 250 g
  • Condensed milk, 30 g
  • Fructose, 10 g
  • Sea salt, 3 g
  • Cocoa powder, a little
  • Mint leaves, 1 piece
